Returning to the wheel of his Renault Eurocup 2.0 charger for the final time, Lando Norris is striving to end his debut season on the top step of the podium.

With Lando neatly wrapping up the driver’s title at the previous round, the pressure has simmered down, with this weekend set to be a enjoyable farewell to the fiercely fought championship.

“It's a new circuit to me and I always like those kind of challenges”

Sitting at 4.182 km long, the Autódromo do Estoril in sunny Portugal boasts two hairpin turns and a long straight, with plenty of elevation changes throughout. All of this combined serves up the perfect setting for the thrilling final two races of the season, and a fresh challenge for Lando in his first visit to the circuit.

Although just a few short miles from the beach, there’s no time for relaxing, with the team championship still to be settled. Boosted by sealing the driver’s title last month, the Josef Kaufmann outfit have full focus on taking the double, leading by 46.5 points going into the final round. Alongside his teammates, Lando is eager to chase down another strong point-scoring weekend, to clinch the illustrious team title.

“I'm really looking forward to going out and racing without the pressure of trying to win the driver’s championship. Hopefully we can bring home enough points to secure the team championship for Kaufmann”

With a solid team behind him, Lando is set to treat us to a tantalising final weekend of the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup. Track action begins with Free Practice 1 at 10:15 , where the freshly crowned champion looks to prove the power of his Kaufmann-engineered charger, in the culmination of a fantastic season.
